It has been a long time since I've posted! I recently became an EMT and now have been accepted to RN school! :D Sooo busy.
During the Fourth of July, The Moving Wall was here. It turned out to be a stormy weekend, but I managed to get a few pictures between the heavy storms. I was wondering if you all could tell me what I could do to this picture to make it better. I put my worthless name on it because I found one of my pictures on someones website a few weeks back. I am still mad! Thanks for any c&c its how I learn. ;)

I would have liked to have seen the whole flag. The reflection on the wall is good.

Thanks! I see what you mean about the flag. I used my 50mm lens, shouldve taken another I suppose! Thank you, much appreciated.

Hi Christa,

If you get the chance, maybe try increasing the contrast some more (to better highlight the writing on the stone), and this in turn will add some more "atmosphere" to the sky. You could also try a light grad on the sky to add contrast and mood as well.

I too think that a bit more of the flag would have helped, but then it is blowing the wrong way out of the frame and the text is backwards...

But I really like the whole concept and especially the inclision of the reflected person on the polished stone.
