the actual hengtai co. is an company that specialize in trading/supply polymerized ethylene resin to the chinese domestic market( I doubt their business extend only within provincial boundary).

There is no chinese official website about this company, only an english one that sells high end products globally and nobody knows about.

Nice english website though, there is must be a good portion of their "profit" goes into the website development and maitenance..
