For some reason I'm having trouble exporting from aperture, wanted to see how large this image is. This is from Boulder falls this morning.

Nice shot. did you try a portrait version here?

I really like the water effect from the shutter speed. Nice shot. What was the thing on the rock?

It would have to be. I have my WB set to cloudy in my 5D MKII. Also it was morning so the lighting was really neat none the less

You can always adjust your WB in post. :)

I understand that. but all my shots are excellent on the WB. it's just that the time of morning made the light as it was.

Can you shoot here early morning or later evening? I think you'd be happier with the results.

Thanks! yes, I believe later in the evening may be the way to go as the light wasn't quite hitting the falls til at 10am- thanks for the feedback!

Great shots on here, inspired me to go looking for moving water!

I was down at the Jersey shore yesterday. My ISO was at its lowest, 100 and no flash. But I cant seem to get the white a little down... you dont think its too bright? could it be that it was just tooo sunny out? I dont know how to work the white balance mode. Could that be the problem? lol

Are you using any kind of ND or GND filters? Without filters, it can be impossible sometimes to slow the water down even at F22....

You know what Chuckie, I didnt. Is that the pc of plastic or glass that goes on lens? I've seen that before, BUT I've never really taken any landscape photos so didnt bother picking one up. Is that ONLY for these types of pictures, OR can it be utilized for other types of photography?
OMG, i cant stop looking at your photo. Its effin gorgeous.. lol sorry for the effin.. BUT sometimes, it has to be said. :D
