Ok, stupid me went on my trip, and left my batter charger for my 40D at home. I am in Fort Worth right now, what is the best way I can get something quick? I will be here for about a week, so I can order something 2nd day. I don't want to get a canon one, because of the crazy prices on it. Has anyone used the greenbatteries.com charger? I used one for a g3 and never had a problem. Also is the sterlingtek one good for the bp511a in the 40D? Also if there is a a place that anyone knows of here directly in fort worth that would be a good place to get something that would be great. Thanks!

I did the same thing once. Went to best buy and picked one up.

There's a place in Fort Worth (IIRC its located on Camp Bowie Boulevard) that carries all makes of batteries and chargers (I bought one there once for my Sony digicam...worked just fine). And, you're in luck...they're open on Sunday.

Here's the yellow pages listing:

Good luck! I've done that many times for many different chargers. Now I just have a list and make sure I cover it all before I finish packing, keeping the most important ones in my carry on.
