I've read that some products will not accept the new style cards. I shooting with Sandisk Extreme III Compact Flash and want to add an AD card to back everything up as I'm shooting a couple of weddings and want to make sure I don't loose anything!! www.minus9photography.co.uk

hpulley Goldmember 4,390 posts Joined Oct 2009 More info | Jul 19, 2010 20:30 | #2 Upgrade the firmware to the latest version and yes, it accepts SDHC cards just fine. I use 8GB and 16GB class 6 and 10 SDHC cards in mine. The backup is a great feature of the 1Ds, that's for sure. flickr
