I am just wondering where everyone gets business cards printed?

I had an offer through the pro smugmug user account for 50 free prints from Moo.com. I got my cards this past weekend and i loved them! They were probably the sturdiest feeling cards i have ever seen. I couldn't compare the image quality to others because it was the first place i had ever ordered business cards, but my images turned out great.

The only thing is that it is $20+ for a pack of 50 cards. I got the "green cards" which are the cards that are made from recycled products including the box.

I was going to try Mpix.com or bayphoto next.

A heads up, I got my cards printed at vistaprint and they were HORRIBLE! They only do gloss on one side of the card (charge you an arm and leg for it). Then the business cards were smaller than normal cards.

I would never go there again.

I helped you find a place NOT to get your cards done at :)

thank you so much! i have almost considered buying business cards from there... you also saved me from recommending them to get "cheap", non-photography related business cards as well.

I actually just got a bunch in from www.clickbusinesscards.com (external link) and they were great. Shipped real fast and were fairly inexpensive as well.

I ordered from Vista Print as well and they were horrible, the cards looked like they were cut with scissors, with white borders on parts of the card. The quality itself was horrible too, I don't like giving my cards out because of how much I hate them.

I'm looking to get some new cards and I love the look of these: http://nexcards.com/poly-frost-business-cards (external link)

Only thing is they are super expensive.

Did you get a refund from vistaprint?

I didn't bother, they weren't that expensive and didn't feel like going through the trouble. They are fine if you want really cheap business cards, but if you want to stand out and have a professional look, I would not recommend them.

+1 on the stay away from Vistaprint... I am in the same boat; I'm reluctant to hand my card out and was unhappy with the size, the cut, and the quality. They are not that expensive, and that's about the only pro.

Those cards look really cool! I really like them.

Moo.com does offer a few different kinds of business cards.... top/side folding cards and also a new cube shaped business card.

I did really like their regular cards and they are 16pt so the paper is thick!

IF you are a pro smugmug user, you can get the first 50 for about $6, or you can look up coupon codes for 10% your order.... they gave me one but i dont know where it is.... i think you can type in a referrer's email and they both get 10% the next purchase.

i will look at www.tasteofinkstudios.com (external link) as well.

vistaprint is not that great....cards are thin/cheap...but if you need a bunch cheaply, that is the way to go...

I like MOO cards. I have gotten many compliments on them.

gotprint.com

I have used them for my business cards for years, good quality, best prices I have found. I use them for my direct mail senior mailings and my family mailings and bridal show handouts too, always quick and very color accurate.

The site looks good. I might have to try them.
