I use a trade printer that is absolutely great. My graphics business does a lot of business with them and they offer 16pt stock 4-color both sides and UV coated for 500 b/c is $40 and is delivered to your door in one week.

I didn't bother, they weren't that expensive and didn't feel like going through the trouble. They are fine if you want really cheap business cards, but if you want to stand out and have a professional look, I would not recommend them.

Getting a refund from Vista print takes about 5 minutes, no matter how much money you spent, I would get the refund.

Lately I've been using www.jakprints.com (external link) for pretty much any printing I need to do. Right now you can get 500 cards for $65 (something around 75 or so after shipping.) I've ordered cards for my band and my wife's photography business through there and they've turned our fantastic.

just got mine in this a.m. from overnightprints.com - had a few shady reviews from people on here - but i had a 40% off code that i found online - 1,000 cards for $60 shipped in two days wasn't too bad - needed them for an event - print quality is pretty good, cuts were great - shipped fast.

Everyone that has seen has given great comments on it, and the thickness makes a huge impact.

i never thought of a business card as a big part of the business but it shows how you present your business and if the card is good, it could show how much you care about the quality of your work.

This sounds like a really good reason to get more cards from the same company. Why not spend another 40.00 and order another 100 cards from the same company and see how long it takes you to go through them before you order 500 or 1,000 cards from another printer that might not show as well as the cards you already have and sit around for years unused.

For those that do sports photography, do you leave your expensive business cards out on a table for people to take, or do you only give them to people who really look interested?
