How far away and what lens were you using? I think I would be ready to bolt if I were anywhere near two bears going at it!

Not sure how far away. I was using the 100-400 at 400mm. There was a bear management ranger right next to us. This was during a bridge closure with one bear on the path to the lodge area and these 2 on the beach.
