Hard to assess the extent of the damage but assuming the electronics work fine I would think that you need to replace the entire housing and foot. It's probably not that expensive and not nearly as expensive as buying a new PW. That's the kind of thing where you could buy the parts from PW and just do the assembly yourself.

Unfortunately, I have no idea of how much that would cost.

Does the dog now bark when you press the test button?

Like Robert (post directly above) I suspect you just will need both case halves and a flash foot assembly.

If you are at all mechanically inclined you will be able to accomplish this repair yourself.

This link will give you some idea about the nature of this repair.

What Robert said, PW is generally fair when they price a repair in my experience. Just be glad it wasn't my dog, he can crush a ham bone with one chomp. You would be holding a handful of pieces.

Go directly to Pocket Wizard for the case. You won't find it anywhere else and no one will be stocking those parts.

Contact Pocket Wizard and they'll take care of you.
