Well I am debating between getting the 135L, or a 100L Macro or even a Pocket Wizard (Flex & Mini). But I was so fed up trawling the web, reading all the reviews, that I thought I'd get the viewpoint of others, with a fresh set of eyes. 5D Mk3 | Canon 85mm 1.2 ll L | Canon 100mm 2.8 L Macro IS | Canon 135mm 2.0 L | 4 X EX600 RT Speedlites | ST E3 RT Transmitter PLUS... I would get the 135 L as it's much more discreet for candids than the 70-200 f2.8 and a stop faster. If you need wider than 24mm get the 16-35 Mk 2 L. I love the quality of shots from both of these lenses. I'm doing more and more paid work, so I really need to ensure that I have a full range of equipment. I shoot mainly people, portraits, lots of candid, events. When's your birthday, I hadn't thought of giving it away, lol. You can't go wrong with the 135L or 24-70 or 16-35 if you're shooting people. SOSKIphoto

And the 135L is superb. And a macro lens - Tamron 90, Sigma 105, or Canon 100. "Interesting. You're afraid of insects and women. Ladybugs must render you catatonic." - Sheldon
