is the LCD on top of the 20d replaceable?

I am not talking about the one on the back for image review, Im talking about the guy on the top. I have a slight crack in mine (due to a wedding in the pitch black and people not watching thier step) and I was hoping to replace it

Don't know it, but are you talking about the cover or the LCD itself (cracked/damaged/leake​d LCD fluid?)

andy, I think he is talking about the portion where the AF-WB Drive-ISO etc buttons are.

I'm not sure. I'd like to know the answer to this question too

Yeah, so do I think ... still, you can scratch the cover or damage the LCD below. One will most likely be easier to repair than the other.

My top LCD cover (not the rear one) also is pretty scratched so far ... might be thinking about replacing it sometime if it's easy to do.

It is just the cover, the LCD seems to be pretty intact, but the cover is definatly cracked and not just scratched
