Looking for a sturdy portable backdrop stand

I have looked on ebay, thought about this one

I dont need anything big, I go to clients homes sometimes and need a stand. Also would you guys suggest muslin? how do you deal with the wrinkles? photoshop? or perhaps paper is better? Ideas?

I bought one of Adoramas background supports and several muslin backgrounds. The support seems to be of adequate construction considering all the parts that need to be put together. 2 of the backgrounds are still folded as they came. Simply hanging the muslin backgrounds removes the wrinkles out till I fold them back up.


Canon 60D,18-55mm,55-250mm,50mm compact macro, AF ext tubes. Sigma 8-16mm uwa, 18-250mm, 85mm F1.4, 150-500mm
