It is certainly NOT crappy and can be salvaged. First thing you'll need to do is turn on "Image Editing OK" and/or provide a link to the original image file.

IMHO, it's not a good candidate for the vintage look.

Yeah, but maybe it's the only photo of this subject taken on some memorable occasion. As a parent of four kids, now grown, I wouldn't delete it at all. It would print acceptably at 4x6.
