  • Rough Guide Map Sicily
  • Cavalleria Rusticana
  • and The Godfather parts I, II & III

Hey all. Seems I just keep getting further behind, but I am determined to catch up fully as soon as possible.

Remington update. He was decaffeinated last week and that went fine. However, he has kennel cough and tested positive for heart worm. Lots of meds right now. They need to keep him as quiet as possible during the heart worm treatment so he and Bax won't be meeting for several weeks yet.

On the other hand he is very mellow like Baylee, so they are getting along great until my niece moves into her apartment next weekend. Also, I get to meet him IRL tomorrow evening.

Oh that sucks about the heartworm! Glad they caught it and it's being treated.
Looking forward to Remy photos!

Hi everyone!

just wanted to share with you some pictures of beautiful Potsdam..

Butterfly in front of the castle

Neues Schloss

Neue Kammer

Very nice, Deeds! The PP is a little more than what you usually do, but it's not bad. The first two don't look as naturally beautiful as some other things you've posted, but they are still very very nice.
What a gorgeous area!

Question...
What is he sitting on in that first photo?

Cat -the femine feline with the namby arms. Loquacious, but not to a fault.

Hi everyone!

After 3 days in Potsdam last week (see shots below) and a weekend in Paris, I'm back home - albeit a bit sick.. :-() Before getting back to work, I just wanted to share with you some pictures of beautiful Potsdam.. (Please don't hesitate to say if PP is too extreme, I'm learning to play with LR, so don't really know the limits yet...:o)

Hi Deeds! Loved your photos!

I tried a little more creative PPing now that I have LR and am not limited to the basic contrast/saturation anymore :o I'll maybe go back to my original style when I'll get tired ;-)a

As for what he is sitting on, that's a good question. At first, I'd have said a bag, but then I noticed some kind of a foot on the side. A bull maybe?

Busy day, up at 3:00, first meeting at 6:30, then two more. Now back in the office a few hours behind already.
Oh well, I made the bed, I must sleep in it. :D

Didier, good to see your words and photos. :D

Didier, Great pictures, I spent some time in and around Potsdam in 1976 / 77. Unfortunately I never got to see the "nice" bits.

Set Flash Exposure Compensation in the flash? In the camera? What mode were you shooting in?
