When I lived in North Hollyweird police helicopters flying overhead was such a common, every day occurrence, I eventually learned to just ignore the noise. Since I moved to Palmdale three years ago (Wow! It's been three years already?!?), I've only heard copters flying overhead a half dozen or so times, and those are always military craft from the nearby airport.

I honestly don't get why these models get retouched to look thinner. This girl was probably already a size 0.

Hi kids, I'm here. Lonnie, it was your day to make the coffee and the pot is still dirty from last evening.

Gaaaa, made the mistake of exploring other parts of the forum and got shouted at.

I despair, I must be getting old :-(

I understand your pain.

Morning all...caught up but haven't quoted. Z...John is buying Heather a trip out her to see you. :P

Pup, I am happy to report, is housebroken...god bless her. Poor thing barely held it till I woke up to her whining, but she did let me know. Seems her guts need some time to normalize. :( Otherwise, she did SO good overnight.

Howdy! Good news on Freida.

I haven't made a pot of coffee in years. Do you really want me screwing around with that? Whatever I cook up would probably be undrinkable...

Morning Chet, are you guys all dried out from the rain? What did they do with the sink hole?

Lonnie this copter was because of a tractor trailer turn over and major highway (95) closing. We live close enough that they hang out at the scene then circle up by us so others get their turn like a big waiting line loop.

Sorry to hear this, Deb. Good luck!

Having just gone through it with Gracie a few months ago, I can assure you it's a royal pain. Luckily Miss Paris is tiny. :D

Don't laugh this is serious, a good friend of mine has 2 norfolk terriers and when they are in season they wear disposable diapers.
