Okay, allow me to post a few photos from the past few days. After shooting every day for 14 days in a row, I'm really getting into a slump. Having a hard time coming up with unique or even interesting shots, so I'll leave the last three days of the 17 day series for the next and final post. I'm all ears on what you guys think on these (disclaimer: these are not BEST OF, not much processing gone into these besides some cropping, and I"m not trying to impress anyone. I just like sharing with others who enjoy shooting cycling).

1. Lake Geneva, WI

2. This is the series leader in her yellow jersey. She is a college prof. that travels to these races in her RV and camps out at Walmart. Don't let that fool you, she is an excellent bike racer!

3. Evanston, IL (Chicago) Big buildings, big crowds. You can see in the upper corners where the photo is cropped by the lens that doesn't quite work with this body. I need to get a different wide angle lens for the MK II N, but can't afford it right now.

4. Whitnall Park near Milwaukee. Final climb just before the finish line.

5. Do they race in the rain? Yup, even the juniors. I like this one because not only is he riding in the rain, he's going for it!

6. Nifty pan shot I got lucky on. Here's our yellow jersey leader again. She's riding along some advertising boards, one white in front of her and another multi-colored with big words on it behind her. Some lucky timing got me my shot of the day.

Last one is great! Racing in the rain is definitely more fun...especially racing CX.
