Northern Bobwhite, Killdeer, Deer

I went out yesterday to the back roads of Osceola County south of St Cloud.
These are a few images from the trip.

No 1 Northern Bobwhite ( First time for me)

No 5 Caught this Doe and when I got it on the computer at home I saw the Fawn having breakfast.

Awesome series. Also, have never seen a Bobwhite. The deer shot is a gem. Don't you just love surprises!

I've never seen one either, good looking bird. Nice of it to perch there and pose for you Bill.

Bill,
Great series of images all of these, but my attentions really drawn to the bobwhite as you don't see many of these posted..., Love the compositions, light and processing.

That is the first time I saw a Bobwhite on a fence post.
It was a real bonus when I saw the fawn having breakfast when I got them on the computer.

Excellent series of shos Bill. I've never seen that much rufous coloration on a Bobwhite before.

i agree with everyone, very nice series. We used to have a Bobwhite here about 10 years ago, I could only hear his call. very nice shots great Shooting!
