I'm sure the "slayer of trolls" will not approve, he doesn't seem to like anything I do lately, but nevertheless, here's my latest lens hack/ conversion:

It remains to be seen whether this was really worth the considerable effort, or not.

By the way, if anyone happens to have one with damaged (fugus, etc) optics, I have a second copy of this lens with damaged mechanics, so "I'm looking."
