Hi,

As I am re-establishing my photo presence, I realize that photoshoping a bunch of printed Portfolio Copies (Used to have a 8-10 page for face-to-face presentation), I am liking much better the idea of having something much simpler, along the lines of www.journoswebiste.com (external link) where there is a home page, and then the link to Portfolio (Sure, later on I can always add other features, bloggng, proofing, prices, etc etc).

But to begin with, I thought this would be an ideal way to market my work.

1-What do you think? (of the above)

Now onto the real questions:

2- What are some of the most classic / used categories or sub-cats where I can create galleries (Sports, Social, Nature, etc)?

3- What about Quantity, would you say 6-8 incredible photos would have more impact than 14-16 spread along two pages (via scroll, for example).

And last, I have decided to just use an unique yet clear font, in order to name my business, and skip complicated logos, at least for the moment. Think this would affect me in the short run?

On my biz cards, I plan to put also very simple info, such as my biz, my name, my phone and email, and my Website. Then for location, Bay Area, California. No specific address, no Ham Radio Coordinates, or other data that would not be essential to the person holding the card.

If you read thus far, a hug for ya (or harty handshake for you, my briton friends). I'd really appreciate hearing your opinions on these.

Thanks for being there. :)
