I recently shot a co-worker's son's wedding. Bright sunny day, not the most friendly lighting but had a lot of fun with this wedding party.

They do look as though you and the wedding party had good fun.
I think you have achieved very interesting shots and kept in mind good composition throughout.
The only image, imho, is the first image where the two grooms-men in the background would have been better in focus, however being blurred is what you may have aimed for.
Nice shots, excellent work.

I like them all except for maybe the first one. It seems awkward to me to have them all standing in different spots on the railing. But I really like the others.

To me, the only one shot in the hard light that works is the last one. I understand not having great overhead light, that's what I ran into with my last wedding as well, but the shots where you found open shade are so much better. The harsh light just looks.. harsh. I had to do a lot of creative spot finding with my last wedding because I didn't want to shoot in the hard sun if I could get around it.

I am super cool n' stuff.

6 I would have probably had them switch positions, the groom blends in to the tree, and her white dress would have popped out more.

On 7 I would recommend, instead of having her whole leg in the air, just have her toe pointed on the ground. It was recommended to me and i like the more natural look better.

Good job but i think that the dress of the girl in 5nd picture is little overexposed?

Thanks for the comments! It was a tough day lighting wise and I certainly learned a few lessons. I'll try to keep your suggestions in mind for future shoots.

Not quite following you there. Can you link me to an example of what you mean?

All of them are brilliant but #6 and #8 really stood out for me. Lovely composition in all of them.

I think Bryan means something like this:

IMAGE: http://jwilsonphotography.smugmug.com/Engagements/Maria-and-Damon/IMG020/867018333_jLALZ-XL.jpg
The entire leg up looks forced and awkward. It's a cute shot, tho, but I totally agree with him.

Overall, your poses and comps are nice. #8 is FANTASTIC! wonderful shot!
I would love 6, but I lose the groom in the shot. Bryan was spot on with putting the bride in front of the tree.
