My camera is G11
what is the best free converter of THM to AVI?
I did convert the THM files to AVI but the result is slow motion movie in AVI, how do I solve the problem?

I think you mean MOV to AVI. THM are the picture thumbnail files.
Pazeera MOV2AVI is Freeware and good for me. Brothersoft is a safe site to download but be aware as most sites try to lead you into buying AVS convertor so read the text very carefully and you will get Pazeera 1.2.
You download it as a zip file. As it does not contain an installer you need to create a folder i.e. Pazeera on you desktop and unzip the files into the folder. You then double click the movtoavi.exe to run it. If you want to put a shortcut onto your desktop them right click on the exe file and select 'Desktop (create shortcut)'. The other exe file in the folder is ffmpeg.exe, you do not need to click on this as it is a convertor file that the pazeera program uses. I know this sounds complicated but it is really simple and a good soild program. As I don't know your level of computer skills I have tried to explain it as simple as possible.
