Lol. Made my night. There's 2 sides to every story, and we didn't get to see what the customer did to piss off the owner(s). But being the bigger, more professional, man is always the right way to go when you run a business. When you end up being a douche, you end up on YouTube. Lol.

i know of that store just like the slew of others on 5th avenue. unfortunately a majority of these shops are there to scam tourists. that's one of the few reasons why they are still around. that video is pretty typical of how they would treat a customer that walked into their store that didn't look like a deer staring at headlights.

They are from NY, I would expect any different attitude, haven't dealt with 2 nice person ever from that part of NY. They were really pissed though LOL

Didn't know this but guessed it when they had a 50D for sale under $800. Gotta be a scam. Probably those boys from Brooklyn again. Nice we have this site to warn people off of these too-good-to-be-true scam artists. There are a bunch of these camera stores in Key West, too. They rip off foreign tourists here on cruise ships.

Looks like the Germans are wise to them from that video!
