Progression of a (young) photographer ^^

First, the point and shoot

IMAGE: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3277/2842492780_b5c46fa166_o.jpg

Then the first DSLR and perhaps a good prime
IMAGE: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3049/2730835725_3b95fb8bf1_o.jpg

Then comes the good stuff, L and all...
IMAGE: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3047/3155178219_98ec68571d_o.jpg

Then you start contemplating light and all that.
IMAGE: http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4099/4777464060_9d9873127e_b.jpg

Then maybe, just maybe, you get Canon to loan you their latest and greatest (1D4, 200 f/2L in January 2010) to try

And realise that this sort of gear won't ever come ever again... (though I did use the above setup, which was meant for me to review, for a paid shoot and it was darn helpful).

Ha! That's great. Your facial expression is hilarious.

Hail the queen of wonky facial expressions! (Which is why I like being on the other end of the lens.)
