hey is there anyway that i can do that during the shoot (maybe changing the position of the flash, etc) i dont do well with photoshop but i do notice waht you are talking about.

is it the shoot through umbrella? im assuming if i had one and used another modifier i could probably get better results? (deep octa, softbox...)

thanks mikekelly, alex, in the meantime ill try the photoshop advice!

Well thank you! In the shot it looks more like a clearing than it really is.....but I am curious: Did anyone realize the pathway behind is uhm....PS magic??? Just curious on that bit.

Hah - yeah! It looked 'funny' and I knew there was something going on in PS, but I didn't know if it was a total replacement or some local adjustments. Not 'funny' as in a bad way, but to a trained eye definitely something has been done there.

haha. Well this does make me fairly happy it wasn't totally obvious it was a PS job. haha. That path there in the back is not there(sadly, or else I'd be there all the time...), and I added mushrooms(Okay, I just wanted to use a brush like that. haha)

I finally have something to contribute.

I had a terrible night at work last night, stupid people making stupid mistakes. Overtime hurts sometimes!

I've been in a foul mood all day today, so I wasn't in the mood for much, I did get a new hat though! :)

Indeed good sir, awesome taste in fact!

Single strobe to my left with a towel (Didn't work very well) as my reflector to the right and holding some paper to get light under the brim of the hat.

All very professional gear.

It could quite possibly have been due the $5.6M fine my provider just received...They'll probably get into some cost cutting and so on.
