Hummingbird (Ruby throated?) in the yard

This was taken handheld with my 70-200 mm L IS (even with IS, I shake) so I was surprised to get a pretty good shot of this guy! I was going into the house with my camera and saw him so it was an unplanned shot!

Nice shot Calindy...the ruby throated hummer is only found in the eastern half of the US, I'm not sure which hummer this one might be.

Might be an Allens, but I'm not sure. The rufous hummers are more tan/beige I believe.
