Night Blooming Cereus

Our Night Blooming Cereus presented us with another spectacular flower Sunday night - It starts opening at dusk and reaches full bloom between 1:00AM and 3:00AM - by the morning its just a limp sheath. It's over a foot in diameter if you count the "horns" and is overpoweringly sweet smelling.

Haven't noticed any moths but we have seen some other insects like grasshoppers on the blooms.

Cereus as in cactus? If so, do you know the exact species?
