I think 3 inches a perfect size but i guess thats what they said about 2 inch screens. So whats next higher res screens (what im betting on) or even larger screens? If you are referring to something like an AMOLED screen on a DSLR then I would be strongly opposed to that... OLED screens are impossible to see in any kind of bright light - you would never be able to see the camera's screen when shooting outside... (I know this because my nexus one has an AMOLED display) I am also opposed to articulating screens - I feel they take up too much room and reduce the 'sleekness' of the camera - that being said, I understand how some people could really utilize them... I agree, i hate articulating screens, and honestly for most things they arent very helpful (macro people dont get on my case now canon 7d, canon 5d classic, 24-70 2.8 L, 70-200 2.8 (non-is) L, .

You will see Canon bring this to the DSLRs by the end of 2011.
