Man, this is some fun stuff to photograph. I raced RC for over 10 years. I stopped racing about 2 years ago, and I cant stop going to the track to photograph it... I love RC racing!!!!

Nice captures. Looks like your WB is a little off, my only suggestion for ya.......too much blue. Otherwise, looks like you have it down pat. RC is the hardest action shot to get, and you can shoot ANYTHING action wise......if you can nail RC shots. :)

Also can someone tell me if this is true about the blue? I do not have a calibrated monitor, but I do not see alot of blue in these photos. I think the WB is very close.

Please let me know what you see.

I am not on a calibrated monitor and they do look a little cold to me


Photography is like a drug and I think I need an intervention.

Awesome! This looks like it would be so much fun to shoot! RC boats would be kinda cool too now that I am looking at these. What lens are you using for these shots?

I am using a 7D with a 100/400 and or 70/200 2.8 NON IS
