Shot this in a studio with 5D MKII and 100mm Macro. Please give me some comments and critics.

Excellent, but I think you should soften out some of that make-up, it looks a bit grainy due to the ultra-sharp nature of the 100mm Macro :)

My only suggestion is maybe touching up the redness in her left eye.

Beautiful image. Frankly, I can't make any suggestions for improving the image. It's great the way it is. Yeah, you could touch up the whites of her eyes but that's about it. Nice work!
