Awesome shot. I was wanting to take this on a beach vacation and didn't know how it would perform with people. Did you do any correction in post on this shot?

yes definetly some distortion correction .. if i recall correctly i cropped a little of the lower right corner , because even after lightroom preset corrections it still bohtered me..
that being said ,, i'm not the most skilled at using this wide an angle lens .. nor am i well skilled at correcting distorition..

i really do enjoy this lens , i took it on a carribean cruise and was using it lots on the beaches .. i like the distortion but yeah it can be a challenge when people are involved

Cool! How do you ensure that you have spaced the focus settings out from near to far? With this lens, I would assume it would be pretty hard. Or do you just span the whole range that the focus ring allows and just divide into 7 equal segments?

I just ensure the nearest and furthest parts are in focus for one of the shots and then just step it through slowly to fill in the rest. It's pretty easy to get decent overlap.

I received my ROKINON copy yesterday in the mail. Took a couple of test shots and I love it so far. I did have trouble with the lens profile correction in Lightroom. I downloaded the Adobe document provided a few pages back, but I couldn't get ligthroom 6 to read it. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated it!!
