Bottom image is the best the top one would be next on my list but the nose on one horse is cut off in that one. Nice shots overall the second image is composed about right but you have that image the smallest online here.

These are cool... I've never seen wild horses.

Here in Nevada We have wild mustangs and Donkeys. The day I shot this I saw at least 50 wild horses within three groups. It's the most awesome sight to see. Seeing that you are for insanediego, next time you visit vegas, head up to red rock park, you have a good chance of viewing wild burros.

The third pic looks like it is a stallion with a mare.

What a coincidence...just today we saw some wild horses here in CO. Haven't processed my shots yet, but they probably aren't nearly as good as yours. I particularly like the close-up. We were less than 100 yards away, but not able to get clear shots. You must have been pretty close to get number 3. We also saw wild horses in Bighorn Canyon, WY, fairly close that time.
