Toyota SUPRA II

I made a shoot thread couple weeks ago of my car, I snapped a few shots yesterday evening as well... just wanted to share!

what type of PP do you do to get that #4? i just love it so much.. some tips on PP of that shot please?

#4 looks awesome. the flare in #1 is growing on me

I just manually edited it

burn/shadow tools... and used a color filter + desaturated it. I think that's pretty mcuh it

Nice set. I really like 4!

I always like to see at least one 3/4 shot from the front. Its kind of like seeing the car's face. Nice shots though, just seem to be missing the establishing shot.

He doesn't like his front bumper and is getting a new one soon.

sick ride, but damn. the paint looks really off on the rear bumper

I can't say I like the series. Just some thoughts I had:

• Shooting into the sun is a no no. Better to let it light the subject than take away from it or drown out the ambient light in the area. That silver would have picked up purples and blues from the sunset..it would have been breathtaking.
  
• The backgrounds are by and far distracting and busy. A car like that needs a drab background for contrast. It simply blends into the city, there is no contrast of colors for the eye to delight in.
  
• The wall in #4 bugs me because I can't see the whole car. I get the 'peering over the wall' feel and all of that, but I don't want to see wall..I want to see Poopra!
  
• The angles also do not flatter the rounded lines and round and muscular lines of the MKIV.
  
• #5 could have been sick, had the car been angled out a bit more with the wheel kicked out.

I actually wanted to shoot into the sun which I've never done before, just to be different. To have the sun in the background with the flare going over the car.

This is actually on ALL Toyota Supra's EVER produced in north american and japan.
The rear bumper is more plastic so the paint just doesn't always flow, if you see other Supra pictures you'll notice the exact samething.
