Amazing pictures! The only way to improve upon that is having the space shuttle attached to it. Didn't Nasa scrap shuttle missions?

Still one or two left, Discovery is on the pad for its final mission to take an all important experiment up and its rescue mission shuttle Atlantis will soon be ready and may be turned into a final mission with supplies and a spartan crew in case it needs to abandon the shuttle at the station since there won't be a backup available unless they change their mind and decide not to retire Discovery right away.

THAT IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUSLY COOL! I love this shot! I can honestly say, I was unbelievably blown away at this shot, as soon as it loaded on my screen! GOOD JOB! I mean I have seen alot of perfect shots in my time, but once you start capturing stuff in OUTER FREAKIN SPACE and especially something that is not as large as a Planet. Tells me you got some serious skills!

P.S. Your Birding and Macro photos also great

That is very cool Romy! I also really love your bird pictures!
I was looking at your blog and found your photos which you took in Cabagan. I have lived in Cabagan for 6 months while doing research in the Sierra Madre.

Nice to know you had visited Cabagan. Just curious, what was the subject of your research in the Sierra Madre mountains? This range has some of the last old forest left in our islands.

The subject of the research was biodiversity of bat species in the Sierra Madre. The forest is very beautiful, but we experienced some fights between the army and NPA which is a bit anoying :)

So you're a "batter" (as we are birders ;)).... lol. Glad that you're ok after the experience with the fights.

I got some footage of the Giant Golden-crowned Flying Fox (Acerodon jubatus) filmed at Subic a while back.

You can't stack a III-series 1.4x and 2x. For the II-series (which I have), they're stackable. I'm actually wondering why Canon designed the III-series TCs to be non-stackable.
