Here are some pictures from my first outdoor OCF photo shoot. A friend and I worked on this together and these are some of my captures from the day. C&C welcome:

Way to go Stimpy! All of these look fantastic. Super sharp and the lighting is spot on. Care to share the setup... Did you use a filter in #1?

We just used a 580ex ii in a softbox umbrella and a white foam-board for a reflector. We started early in the morning to get the best light.

The first shot was one of few I got with some decent sky. No filter, but it did have some post work on the sky. I actually wish I had paid more attention to ambient light for the sky. This is one of the hundred things that I forgot with all that was running through my mind on this first shoot.

All these were shot with my 450D and either the 10-22mm or 60mm macro.

Really nice. First image is pelfed (crooked) though. I'd fix that.

Thanks.

Yep, the incredibly short walls (if that is what they were) are curved. I actually noticed this after PP and wanted to go back and start over. I don't think there is much room to work with from the original framing, but I haven't gone back to try. I'll take a look at it now.

They must be VERY happy with these. Excellent job on capturing their happiness and natural looks. What lens did you use?

I just got my first pair of glasses that I didn't think I needed. I apologize to anybody in the past year that I said their pictures were out of focus lol.

agree with all....well done capturing their natural happiness and your lighting is pretty good! #1 looks slightly over saturated to me though....as a nit pick!
