Which picture style do you use in your 5D or 1D?

I generally use the standard picture style for portraits, landscapes, etc. Which picture style do you use, especially if you're planning on post processing? Thanks

I almost always shoot in raw mode. It doesn't matter what camera. Picture style is stored with the image data, but has no effect on the raw image. I post-process the image to get it to look like I envisioned for it when I took it.

If I'm shooting jpegs, I don't really pick a mode, as I'm doing snap shots and don't have the same critical standards for them. I use Av mode 95% of the time for either raw or jpegs.
