Hello folks.
From reading this forum, it seems that most people order their paper rather than going to the store and buying it. It seems that a Fedex/UPS/mail truck in the summer time would be a lot like an oven. Does anyone ever have any issues with the paper being ruined from the heat?
Thanks

How does the paper get to the store?

And FYI I've never heard of Raw photo paper being damaged by heat...unless its on fire of course.

Perhaps you are confusing photo paper used for prints in a darkroom with the "photo" paper that is commonly used in inkjets?

Sounds that way. Inkjet photo paper isn't light-sensitive, since the print is made by spraying ink onto the paper rather than exposure to light.

Well, light and heat aren't the same; medication that will do fine sitting out in room light all day long will be ruined by heat. And I supposed that inkjet paper got to the store the same way that heat-sensitive film and traditional photo paper do, however that is.

Regardless, I'm glad to know that I can order it without being concerned about how they ship it.
Thanks

What photo paper is susceptible to is damp. Get it damp and even if it dries, the coating is ruined.
