I am a beginner in the photography world. This is my first wide angle picture.
I am here for some advice regarding the angles and colours.

HDR looks good to me as the colours do not look over cooked. Overall I like it but I wish the building wasn't cropped so tightly on the left side and the bottom so that the whole reflection is visible in the water.

Actually this last image, without the crop is better in my opinion. I would only remove the person on the left (and his reflection in the water). Generally when shooting architecture with wide angle lens try to get as little distortion as possible (unless of course you are going for the distorted look). You can try to achieve less distortion by slightly moving around and slightly changing angles while looking into viewfinder (or live view) and noticing the angle at which the distortion is less visible.
