its good, but to me it looks like it was done in post on the computer - like youv'e just ramped up the exposure so you have this uniform washed out look. I think it is good to have very litle shadow but to keep the shadow quite dark and the midtones and highlights almost bleached out. so its almost like a sketch.

Without wishing to offend, this is not to my taste and looks like a poor over exposure given some nasty treatment in an ancient basic photo editing program. Sorry for my less than enthusiastic criticism.

I quite like the original colour version. However, I assume jpeg compression has softened it. If it were mine assuming the original is okay, I'd be happy to leave as and just try a little facial brightening.

HK needs to be done in the studio and that is more of a sketch effect. HK doesn't mean NO color.


I did a quick search and this is a good HK feel.

I like the original to and a bit of PP on the face would make it better IMO
