Another First Wedding Post

Alright, shot my first wedding for a friend. If you want to know the details of why I was doing this you can see my previous post here:

It was as hard as I had anticipated. Very fast paced. I hardly had time to drink water! All of your suggestions before hand were very helpful so thank you!

I like these. Damn good for a first wedding. I would bump up the exposure a bit on #7, but that's just personal preference. Everything looks Grade A to me.

I would love to see a black/white conversion of the last one.

I hadn't tried the last one in B&W yet. I'll check it out.

I want to share these because I thought they were funny. Sorry, i'm over my 8 picture limit.

9. The cake table was set up right in front of the pool and they were between the table and the pool. I snapped these pictures of them fooling around almost falling in the pool. It wasn't till I looked back at these photos to realize that the father of the bride is trying to push them into the pool in this picture!!! hahaha

IMO, these are far above what you have posted in the other thread. Not even close.

You seem to have a knack for shots like #4. You had a similar shot with empty seats in your other thread and I liked that one as well.

Thank you all for your comments. Now that i've posted my favorites i'm going to post some that I don't particularly like and ask for some suggestions on how I can improve them.

Did you use any flash or is it all ambient lighting?

most of them have fill flash. I'd have to look at the exif to know for sure which ones

oh ok! You don't have that one listed in your signature- I was halfway hoping you would say your 55-250mm. But I know thats a long shot. I really don't think I could get a ring shot like that with any of my lens. I think the SIgma 70-200 is next on my list, it's a macro so hopefully that one will work well!

I wasn't about to shoot a wedding with my kit lenses! I rented a 24-70 and a 10-22. Best decision!
