This picture was taken at Judo Sr. Nationals 2010. (not by me though)It is just one of the better judo pics I have.

Basically trying to come up with my own style of watermark. I am a fan of asian cultures and compete nationally in Judo. So hopefully that helps you in your ideas of helping me create a watermark. I will probably want an asian style font that would be easy to read but have some of the characteristics of their culture.

Right now I am just trying to get a style of watermark and not so much focused on the text. So lets try and figure out a good look then I will go back and work on texts and actual sizing of the watermark.

IMAGE NOT FOUND

plain, looks like most peoples. just get a nice text for it.

A little more flash, but I still think looks very professional.

Also I think this looks pretty professional with the 'photo by' in 1 font and my name in another font.

I will be awaiting your opinions and lets see how amazing we can make this look :)

Could you explain what you mean by "not by me"? If you mean this is not your photo that you have the copyright to, then you better get this off the forum right away! Post a photo you have taken, otherwise putting your name on someone else's photo is not good...

First one. better watermark.
font like that matches more "moods"

you can't put a squiggly watermark on a dark, serious photo. (etc)

the font

so do you think 2 or 3 would be better represented on a dark or serious photo?

I'm assuming that you're posting the image with the photographers consent?

On the watermark: I'd avoid colors.
And I don't like the fonts. Second is okay-ish.

I'd go for something either more plain, or more "handwriting"
I'd certainly not mix fonts.

My old one:

Heh! That "watermark" is going way over the top, protection-wise:):)
