Any ID thoughts on this one. I could not find anything in my trusty field guide. The interesting part is the blue/gray bill. Kinda looks like a pintail, but it is a little out of range (though not by much) and much of the plumage is close, but not quite. I figure it is an immature or a mutant. It has orange/red legs (I think) and was seen in northern Ohio.
(Yes, I know the picture is extremely soft/oof. I have better shots, but none that represent all the features needed for an ID all in one. Also, yes the ones behind are mallards.)
