What bag best accommodates a gripped Rebel plus 3-4 standard lenses (kit, 55-250IS, 50 1.4, Toki 12-24)?

I am owning a Kata DR 467 right now and have everything neat and nicely accommodated but wonder if that might change when I get my gripped solution.

If you grip your rebel, it should still fit fine in your Kata DR 467.

What bag best fit you? It depends what type of bag you are looking for. Backpack or shoulder bag? I assume its a shoulder bag since you already have a backpack. I would suggest the Crumpler 6 million dollar home bag. I had that bag, and it was too small for me, and I went with the Crumpler 7 million dollar home bag. Crumpler bags are well padded, but it comes with a price tag

I have a ThinkTank Urban Disguise 70 that fits a gripped body and it's a great bag. Their Retrospective 30 should fit your gear too if you like the canvas look better. ThinkTank bags aren't cheap but they are very high quality and don't scream "Camera inside!"

I should have mentioned the Sigma 150-500 travels separately in its own case LOL

Try the thinktank solution. Check their website for more information and their options.

i have a gripped rebel with a 24-105 mounted on it. a 10-22, a 50mm 1.8, 580exII and accessories and they all fit in my kata dr-466i. it bulges just a bit because of the grip but its fine. the 580exII goes in the top compartment, the accessories (i.e. eneloops + charger, cables, blowers, etc) goes in the pockets. in the compartment, i placed my rebel sideways and the two lenses are placed behind it.

well hello

the canon backpack actually works really well. I have been toting my T2i + 50-500 and a bevy of other 'stuff' around in it for several months now, no complaints (except for wanting sometimes to be able to whip the camera out in a hurry... picked up a slingpro for that)

I love it. For 40 dollars are you kidding me. Best bang for the buck. I can fit so much more than the items i already have.

I use my Crumpler 7MDH when I'm out and about with a smaller lens (70-300 and 17-85), since It just dont seem to hold my 50D with the 70-200 mounted.

When I'm out with the 70-200 mounted I used the Domke F-4AF.

The grip'ed 50D fits in both bags, the crumpler is a wee bit smaller than my Domke but both seem to lay low on the "I'm a camera bag" screams...

Oh, and the crumpler is great for traveling, I can keep it (fully stocked) in my caryon bag -ready to whip out, throw on your shoulder and leave the hotelroom.
