Unusually I find myself in the situation where I have to recreate one of my own photos BUT with a model release for the subject so a company can run an advertising campaign using the image. I've had no success tracking down the subject to obtain a release for the original photo so am forced to quickly recreate.

Anyway, I have a few people that could rock up and I could try but thought that it may be far better to use someone who does this for a living, looks good, is used to the camera etc. The thing is, I've never hired a model and have no idea if I could afford it anyway.

How would you go about this? Use an agency? What are the regular costs for a few hours in the UK?

Any help is gratefully appreciated!

:)

Mike

Depends if you want to fork out.

You could try model mayhem which is usually a TFP basis so you get what you need. Downside I have found from past experience, not everyone is reliable in turning but but since its all free, got nothing to lose.

Try some agencies but costing may vary.
