Contacting admin? Lost pw/email

Hello,

I have lost the password and email address I used to my long long lost username on these forums. Who can I contact about initiating a recovery process to the lost account? Or having the password reset somehow. If that can be possible, then after the pass is reset, could it be possible to merge this user (Swift1) with the lost one? Simply by using this method:
