Did you use a tripod? If not, you have to zero in on one spot and nail the photos right on that spot with as little camera shake as possible. Thank you.

It wasn't that windy, a slight breeze, but they were weeping willows, which tend to sway more than other trees.But I was using a slowed shutter speed as to get the flowing river effect. I was using a tripod and cable shutter release as well. - Matt
