What a pretty girl, and what unusual eyes :-)

Mike, these look great. I love how sharp the eyes are. What lens did you use for these?

great job! i love the positioning of the catch light.

how did you light these? looks like an umbrella camera left and above a bit but curious if you used anything else (ie reflectors, etc).

i really like the simple backdrop too. what kind of material did ya use?

Thanks Everyone...!!! Makes me feel like I am doing something right :)

@Ckale1 -- I used the Canon 135L @ f/5 on my Canon 40d. --- I wish I still had my 5D :(

@ agresbach -- I used an AlienBee 800 in a 22" White Beauty Dish -- High Camera Left -- I am pretty sure I had her hold a white piece of foam core near her waist to add some fill light.

As for the material -- I have set up a White Seemless background. When I only use one light I tend to get a Grey colored background. I also have 2 AlienBee 400's to blow out the background if needed.

@ Digidiva -- I never noticed her eyes to be this appealing until I started post processing the images. They are pretty cool!

I like the B&W. She is a very pretty girl. She almost looks like a young Cameron Diaz

Hey Thanks Again! I might pick up a ND Filter to get a little more DOF, but the more I look at these and the others that I took I think f/5 isn't too bad! I will try to post some more soon!
