Second one, for sure. But, Im left wanting to see the shot without the building on the right. Tried it at a square crop:

I find the machinery under the bridge to be quite distracting. However i really like #1.

GREAT PHHOTOS!
#2 is my favorite! i didn't mind the building on the right.
AND i didn't notice the machinery underneath until it was mentioned.
