One more of Rebecca ...

Could use a bit more expression maybe, and not sure if it's too centered.

Looks like it could use a bit more light on her.

I like the backgrround and the amount of light.

Does that background have a name?

There are a few wrinkles on the bottom corner, I noticed that once the pictures went on the computer.

The name of the drop is Voclain at dennymfg.com and its item number is CP6557

I did some photoshop trickery with the bg to make the colors a bit more vibrant. :)

Lighting looks good Jerry..Just a tad more fill

Watch the videos on how voclain lights these things . Its free. Your fill light should also light the backdrop v/s what you have. I think you have a BG light on it ?? Thats would probably reslove any fill issues here.....Nice job. Not so sure im diggin the tilt..i hate to turn my head to see whats going on:rolleyes:

I agree with mike about the tilt. My general rule is if I instinctively tilt my head when I look at the photo then the tilt is too much. When I look at this the first thing I do is tilt my head to try to see her.

Careful.. Probably returns for some reason or another. Colors might be off or any reasons why it got returned...might find some good deals or might buy a can of worms

I like the tilt, but in 5 years I'll probably be wondering what I was thinking. But parents like it and thats why im doing it. :D

I did so many setups *was with them for 2.5 hours in studio* that I cant remember the setup for this one, but most of the time I had two softboxes to either side of them that hit them and lighted the backdrop. the softboxes are 2.5' square I believe. the elinchrom kit. And for some of them I had a strobe next to the bg to fill the hair. I dont have a honeycomb or that other square thing yet so I was just using a shoot through umbrella. I probably should try a vivitar flash next time on lowest power, which can be aimed and not take up to much space in the bg. I had to skip the hair light for some of the sports pictures due to not enough space.

I now want a wider studio, hehe.

QUOTED IMAGE

Really like this, except for the bag on the floor, would have been better without that as it adds nothing to the image.

Thats his gear bag. We wanted to show him sitting in the locker room thinking about getting ready for a big game.
