I love my Canon Backpack, for $40 you get alot of bang for your buck.

Personally, I don't like my bag to advertise a camera brand. For a few reasons.

Well then remove the brand from the bag. Everyone does it.

Yea the branding is coming off. The bag itself is very nice. I am just going to cut off a couple straps that are more annoying then helpful. The inside area is very well layed out. I got plenty of room to grow.

Opinions on Lowepro Flipside 300? Has everything I need from what I can see.

what did you choose to go with? i read through and didnt notice you say what bag you went with..

im looking at the Flipside 300 too.... nicely priced around $65...
i prefer a backpack as my work laptop used to be in a shoulder bag.. hurt my back.. went to a backpack and distributes the weight better... love it better....

ok off to my own topic...

Bad idea, now that you have alot of room your going to buy alot of glass and equipment to fill all that free space. Welcome to the addiction. :D

JK, enjoy the bag.

If you find that the Canon logos on their backpack bugs you then they can be easily removed. This is how I removed their logos so my backpage didn't advertise its contents....

Not to concerned about logos. Only time my bag will see people is on vacations. If I got out to take pictures camera will be around my neck.
