I would like to have a set of affordable still quality light stands for wedding photography.
My rather cheap light stands are continuous source of disappointment... I have checked the prices for quality ones (Italian etc.) and they can be extremely pricey.

Do you know a brand which is reliable and doesn't cost an arm and a leg?
I would need them for wedding photography.

Thanks,
Otto

It all depends on the kind of lights you want to mount on top of these stands and if you plan on using them inside only or outside in strong winds as well. Also, you didn't mention your budget.

I love my Manfrotto Nano stands (external link) for shoe mounted flashes + umbrellas or small softboxes.

There's also a cheaper alternative (external link) from LumoPro.
